Will you ship Internationally? top

Orders will ship to Canada via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 6-10 busines days to receive the order. *This does not include orders that have the Astrnonaut Helmet. For orders to Canada with the Astronaut Helmet please see the terms below. 

Our manfuacturer will not ship Internationally (outside of Canada). We will ship overseas if the following conditions are met.

Your address qualifies for the Paypal Seller Guarantee. 

We will only ship to the address provided in paypal.

Orders overseas will require a 2 step shipping. I will get the product shipped from the warehouse to my store and then ship it onto you. Overseas orders may take 6-8 weeks to arrive.

Orders that include the Astronaut Helmet, shipping will be very expensive as the helmet requres a large box. 

Please note: All sales are final on orders that ship outside of the United States. 

Do you charge sales tax? top

We only charge sales tax on orders that are shipped to an address in the state of Idaho. Idaho sales tax is 6%.

How long will it take to get my order? top

Standard Free Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.  Once the order leaves the warehouse items will be delivered in 1-9 business days for orders in the US. Orders will ship Fed Ex, USPS or UPS. 

All orders from kidsdreamspot.com will ship free to the Continental US via parcel post. Please allow 3-9 business days for delivery. 

Orders placed to Canada will ship USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 6-10 business days plus order processing time. 

Expedited Shipping

We offer Expedited Shipping. You can choose USPS priority mail (2-3 business days), 2 Day or Next Day delivery. Please note: The 2 business day order processing time applies to expedited shipping as well. Your order will leave the warehouse in 2 business days and then be shipped according to the expedited shipping you pay for. 

Personalized orders

Personlaized orders will take 10-14 days order processing PLUS the regular ship time. If you pay for expedited shipping and personalization, your order will take 10-14 days for embroidery and then will be expedited shipped. 

Can costumes be personalized? top

Yes! Many of our costumes can be personalized. Please see individual product page for details.

Specifications:  When you check out there will be a "PERSONALIZE order here" box in the shopping cart.  Please spell exactly how the item is to be personalized (using upper and lower case letters as desired) (using a 14 character limit including spaces and all punctuation).  Please understand that after the order is received, it cannot be altered or cancelled.

You may expedite the shipping, but it does not change the lead time for personalization
